Why we bothered making another vitamin brand

Let’s be honest.
Most vitamins promise the world, then quietly disappear somewhere between your stomach and the bin.

That didn’t sit right with us.
So Absorble was built around a very simple idea:
if you’re going to take vitamins every day, they should actually do something.
Groundbreaking, we know.

Here’s the slightly awkward truth most brands gloss over:
A lot of traditional supplements don’t absorb very well.


Which means a decent chunk of what you’re paying for never really gets used by your body.

From the founders

Absorble exists because, over time, we both became a little harder to impress.
For Bryn, that came into focus during recovery from a serious biking accident. When you’re supporting your body properly, you start noticing which things feel genuinely helpful - and which ones mostly excel at marketing.

For Tom, it came from years of working in the industry and seeing supplements up close. Plenty of bold claims, plenty of busy labels, plenty of handsomely paid influencers, and not always a lot to show for it.
Between us, we’re the kind of people who:

  • Read labels properly
  • Care about how things absorb, not just what’s listed
  • And quietly lose patience with anything that talks a big game
