The science can feel complicated. Here are the questions we hear most, answered plainly.
A liposome is a tiny sphere made from the same fatty material as your own cell membranes, called phospholipids. When nutrients are encapsulated inside liposomes, your body recognises the outer shell as familiar and absorbs the whole thing directly into the bloodstream, rather than trying to push nutrients through limited protein channels. The result is dramatically more of what you took actually reaching your cells.
Not to the same degree. The clinical study tested liposomal powder formats as well as liquid liposomal, and the liquid format significantly outperformed. Liposomal powders absorbed 21.6× less than Absorble's liquid in the same study. The liquid format protects the integrity of the liposome structure from manufacture to absorption in a way that powders and dry-encapsulated forms can't match.
